About Baumann Co.
Baumann Co. was created to give growing businesses the financial support they need without having to hire a full-time in-house accountant or build an entire finance team.
Founded by Julia Baumann, an accountant who has completed the requirements for the CPA designation and is currently awaiting membership approval, expected in mid-October, Baumann Co. brings more than five years of experience supporting businesses across cryptocurrency, oil and gas, technology, real estate, and the beauty industry.
Julia holds a business degree with a major in accounting and has experience working with ASPE and IFRS, along with exposure to U.S. GAAP reporting. Her work has included full-cycle accounting, month-end and year-end reporting, financial statement preparation, process improvement, management reporting, budgeting, dashboards, and accounting system automation.
Support is tailored to what each business actually needs. That may include keeping the books organized, strengthening month-end processes, preparing clearer financial reports, creating useful dashboards, automating repetitive work, or providing ongoing fractional controller and advisory support.
The approach is straightforward: understand how the business operates, identify where the financial and reporting gaps are, and put practical systems in place that give owners better information and more confidence in their decisions.

I’m Julia, an accountant, wife, mom, animal lover, traveller, adventurer, and the founder of Baumann Co.
I’ve completed the requirements for my CPA designation and my membership application is currently awaiting approval, expected in mid-October.
I love numbers, but I’m even more interested in the people and stories behind them. After years of helping businesses make sense of complex financial information, I created Baumann Co. to offer accounting and advisory support that feels approachable, practical, and genuinely useful.
When I’m not building reports, improving systems, or finding a better way to do something, you’ll probably find me exploring somewhere new, spending time outdoors with my family, hanging out with my animals, or planning our next adventure.
